Sales Manager / Sales Closer

D1 Training – Bryant

D1 Training is looking for a high-energy, relentless salesperson to help drive memberships and revenue.

This is a pure sales role focused on:

  •  calling leads 
  •  setting appointments 
  •  following up fast 
  •  closing memberships 
  •  reactivating former members 
  • Community Outreach

  •  love sales and competition 
  • Expectation is to close everyone who walks in the door!!! 
  •  can make 100+ calls per day
  •  are confident on the phone 
  •  handle rejection well 
  •  thrive in a high-accountability environment 
Schedule

Full-time
 Typical hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Must be available during prime sales evening hours M-F 

Compensation

  • $36,000 base salary
  • Aggressive performance bonus structure
  • Total earning potential: $50,000–$60,000+ NO CAP 
Preferred Experience

  •  Must have previous Sales experience, inside sales, phone sales, or membership sales 
  •  Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
